Pilates is a good all-rounder form of exercise for the whole body. Not only does it strengthen muscles and tone the body, it also strengthens the core, which is vital in everyday balance and mobility.
Pilates is also very good not only for its physical attributes but also, for our mental well-being.
Classes of all abilities are catered for.
Whether you are looking to start or already have experience, the exercises are tailored to your needs during each class.
If you are looking for tuition tailored to your specific needs, a 1-2-1 session can be arranged. This will typically involve a consultation on what your aims are, with a specific plan developed.
Five mat classes a week at St. Mary's Church, Ash Vale, Surrey.
Monday mornings two sessions, Wednesday morning one session and two Wednesday evening sessions.
Four mat classes a week at St. Peter's Centre Ash.
Tuesday evenings three sessions and Thursday Mornings one session.
I also teach Chair Pilates and mat classes at Beaumont Village, Aldershot, Thursday evenings and Friday mornings.
1-2-1 sessions are run in Tongham.
First group class is free as a taster session, to see if Pilates is for you!
